Upgrade Buildings Bug

I've noticed that I am able to click on an empty tile on any one of my planets, select to build a basic factory, then while that tile is still highlighted select an entertainment network I can select to upgrade it (the basic factory hasn't even started to be constructed yet). This results in me being able to build the entertainment network in two turns, when normally it would take eight (if I just selected to build it on an empty tile). Unsure of whether this works with other buildings. Also I have version 1.0, so sorry if this has already been fixed.

Haven't seen this in later versions. You should upgrade as 1.0 has a lot of play bugs.
