Hi,
The Galactopedia shows two techs that provide super-weapons that I can't seem to find in game.
Psionic Missle - branches off the Missle Weapon arm after Harpoon III
& Psionic Beam - branches off the Beam Weapon arm after Phasors.
The in-game descriptions also state that these techs are researchable after said techs, but I can't seem
to find them anywhere...
Are these techs relics from GalCiv that no longer exist ? or am I just missing something ?
