I have purchased the collectors edition of GalCiv2 but have been having a few problems.
First, the website will not let me download the collectors edition content, it seems to recognise the serial number, but comes up with some strange message:
Server Error in '/' Application.

Operator is not valid for type 'DBNull' and type 'Integer'.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.
Secondly, Stardock will not let me register the product or download the updates, as it does not recognise the serial number.
Can anybody help with this? As its getting frustrating.
