I completely predictably get a CTD (memory cannot be read error) every time I try to switch to GalCiv2 from Windows, no matter what screen the game is on (it starts fine - it CTDs when you switch out and then try to switch back in). I think one of the patches was supposed to address something like that but it's still going on with the freshly-downloaded v1.1 BETA 2. This would be less of a problem if my computer wasn't inclined to randomly switch me out of whatever to the desktop - I still haven't tracked down what on Earth is doing that, but in the meantime the combination of these two things is highy annoying.
While my graphics card's not the freshest, I do have the latest nVidia drivers and my system's oozing RAM so those things shouldn't be a problem...
