Improvement question ??

I am a bit confused about a particular tile bonus. The tile says +100% to approval, and the description says to build "approval" increasing improvements. Does this mean build happiness buildings? Just asking because the improvement description does say increase happiness, not approval, and i want to maximize my benefit. Thanks for any clarifications.

Happiness, approval, morale, they are all the same thing. This is for buildings that affect how your citizens think about you, such as Entertainment Centers etc.

It does get a bit confusing at first with the different terminologies used; but you'll soon get the hang!

They should *really* fix this. It's particularly bad with regards to the improvements, since there is absolutely no reason to use different terms when the same term is meant.

sure there is, it builds confusion. i mean, if we use the real ones as examples, political leaders are supposed to be confused about what's going on....
