I just got the game and the first thing I've noticed playing the campaign is that anomalies disappear as soon as I scout them. It has happened during the first campaign mission, and during regular single-player games using my flagship. There are no crashes or anything, but as soon as I survey an anomaly it vanishes from the main screen and the minimap. I've even tried attaching survey modules to constructor ships. I've looked through the forums and can't seem to find anyone else with the same trouble.
