So, I spent some time and looked through some posts. Not sure this has been posted. For some reason the ships (in race selection), and world (at top left corner of civ screen) are spinninng incredibly fast for no reason. Thats not that big of a deal, but what does totally ruin the game for me is that for some reason when on the universe view if I try and navigate the screen, the graphics go crazy and I start seeing odd shapes, and it looks like a nebula of sorts....I have to click a few times on the mini map to get everything to stablize after a bit.
Here is my setup:
