GalacCiv II – wish list
RPG element -Leaders/Heroes
I would like to see the introduction of some RPG elements such as leaders/heroes. I think this would add a lot of favory.
Leaders:
- Each race would start a limited number of leaders .
- Each leader provide specific bonus to a planet (economics, research, happiness, production, defense, influence, faster development, etc.).
- New way to win, eliminate all enemy leaders, would win the game!
- Leaders could be killed or captured, loss of leader would have a big effect on influence, happiness, and score of a race.
- Captured leaders could be traded/ransomed.
Heroes:
- Heroes are military leaders (Ship Captains, Fleet admirals, Secret service, Special forces, Generals, etc.
- Each race would start with a limited number of heroes, and may receive or find more throughout the game.
- Ship Captains provide bonuses to ships (weapons, defense, speed).
- Fleet Admirals provide specifics bonuses to fleets.
- Secret Services bonus to protect against lost of stolen technology and raids.
- Special Forces could be sent on missions to destroy facilities on planets, capture kill leaders, heroes, steal ships, technology, etc.
- Generals provide bonus to planet invasion and defense.
- Heroes could be captured or killed.
