Ok. I understand how to effect overall approval rating with taxes.
i also understand building entertaiment buildings help.
but overpopulation is killing me.. i"m getting Huge Negatives on some planets.. Is there anyway besides sending people into space in colony ships to try to lower the negative effect.. Should I be worried if 1 or 2 planets is in the low 50% approval rating.. I dont see any way to really modify stat.
