hi,
i'm playing my second game as the drengin, and I notice that i have a consturctor which says 0 weeks left, whihc means next turn it should be in orbit ready to launch. but it never does. it just keeps staying at 0 weeks and nothing is every built. happened with a colony ship i bought earlier too. am I missing something that has to be done or is it a technical issue? i just installed 1.0x. it works sometimes though, however. any ideas?
