Hey guys, anyone have any idea why the population on about 70% of my planets will go no higher than 13.4B? I build plenty of farms but it still wont grow any higher. I noticed it seems to happen only on the class 10 planets, which make up 90% of the planets on the "epic" custom map I've been playing. I even tried transporting 10B people over from another planet but the population goes back down. I thought it might be approval rating, but some of the 13.4B planets have approval ratings over 70%. Really annoying when you've built an economic capital and like 10 banks on a planet and it wont go over 13.4. Any ideas?
