So far, after 3 games, my record is 2-1 (the first loss being my 1st game). First, this game is addicting as hell. Second, I've found that setting up my space stations, whatever type, strategically around my quadrant of the galaxy gives allows me to avoid any military expenditures until well into the game while build ing up a big cash reserve. This is really similar to what I would do in a lot of RTS games I play. Did I already mention that I love this game?
...The last game I played (1st at normal level), I made allies with The Drengin and became their knight in shining armor (actually, "the wind beneith their wings")- can't do that in an RTS. It's a great way to play, making a victory that much easier.
Did I already say this is the best game I've played in a very long time? Oh well
