Some oddities in the upgrades (also, mass drivers are really overpowered)

In Deflectors: Enhanced Deflectors cost 39bc, every other Deflector costs 30bc. Typo?

In Armor: Tri-Strontium I and II are identical (6 size, 3 defense, 70bc cost), I think Tri-Strontium I should be 7 size. (Before one of the X patches all three were identical, so it's been partially fixed).

At the end of the beam weapon tree: Disruptors III are 8 attack, 5 size, they "upgrade" to Subspace Blasters, which are 6 attack, 6 size (which isn't much of an upgrade) Also, the followup to Subspace Blasters, Subspace Annihilators, doesn't have an actual ship component to go with it -- the text says you get Subspace Annihilators for your ships, but there's isn't a Subspace Annihilator in GC2Types.xml.

In the mass driver tree: should Nano Rippers be an ethical (evil) special weapon? Because they're better than any subsequent mass driver until you get to the final 2 techs in the tree, and much better than any equivilent tech in the other two trees. You get Nano Rippers (8 attack 9 size for 120bc) at Singularity Driver IV (the 10th tech in the mass driver tree, 6475rp from Mass Driver Theory) -- the equivilent research in the beam tree (6475rp would put you a little past the 9th tech, Phasors I, for a 3 attack 7 size weapon for 40bc) and the missile tree (6475 would put you most of the way to the 9th tech, but you'd need 6800rp for Photonic Torpedos, and even then you get a 4 attack 10 size weapon for 55bc). The cost seems to line up with the attack value, but the much better attack:size ratio means means nano rippers (in my opinion) are worth significantly more than the price.

On the planet side:
  • Zero G Sports Arenas are +55 Morale, and improve into Virtual Reality Centers, which are +40(!) Morale.

  • There's two Farming improvements (Extended and Ultra) that depend on techs that don't exist.

Finally, this isn't a bug, but a design decision I really disagree with: Trade Centers are +24 Economy, and improve into Stock Markets, which are +15 Economy +5 Influence +10 Morale. The total bonus may be bigger (depends on how Economy, Influence, and Morale are fudged behind the scenes), but the Economy bonus on the ultimate Economy upgrade is the same as the original Economy improvement, and worse than the 2 steps in the middle!

Stock Market has +30 economy. VRC has +60 morale.
Update the game to the latest patch and start a new game to see it take effect.

The two last farming improvements were removed from the game in beta.
