Really Need to be able to move Rally Point and Keep Setup

Really Need to be able to move Rally Point and Keep Setup and not have to relink all the planets again. Especiall for say one kind of ship. Like have a rally point set for constructors and one for warships and one for troop ships.... 3 would do.
Or keep settings for a rally point so you can move it around... maybe give the human player F1 - F5 rally points that are stable.
OR...... I didn't read the manual and played the whole game like this ... blah....
