Possible to resell the game if you don't want it anymore?

Hello all, I'm considering buying this game. Before I do, I will need to know, If I no longer want the game and want to resell it, would it be possible to do so with the stardock system in place?

Would I be able to if I only got the digital download, or would I have to buy it from the store or have a CD sent to me?
