think i found some bugs in 1.0x:
- i cant scroll down the rally points list when trying to assigning starports (only 4 in list, others not available).
- in starports build ship menu, old obsolete or deleted ships appear
- starports produced the same ship and were done. I set to build nothing. after upgrading ships design, these starports were set to build this type again.
- vr center less morale then zero g?
