I purchased GalCiv2 thru TG.net

Now, i recently visited local EB games store (see if could get something interesting for the console)
And i notice GalCiv on the shelf (price $45cdn)

Now i am left wondering what is the difference between Retail Version of GalCiv to Online Version, what difference justifes the cost i paid ($44.95US online vs $45CDN retail)??
