In my first game I was building a research center on a 300% tile. Excellent. I was one week from completing when I revisited the colony to set up more tiles. I accidently pressed the delete button and I lost the 23 weeks of work that went into that tile.
The delete button should present an "Are you sure you want to delete which is only weeks from completion?" dialog when the current build item is selected.
