Need help with activating Bonus Pack

Need help with activating Bonus Pack offline.
This retail version from Best Buy; I have sent in needed info to [email protected] but was sent an email that stated that the serial number was incorrect.

If someone from Stardock could help me I would be grateful.

Was the activation cleared up?.
