do the bonus tiles affect super projects, achievements, wonders and the like?

Let's say I build a technolical capitol on a tile that gives me a research bonus. Does the bonus apply to that? How about if I build a restaurant of eternity on a tile that gives me an influence bonus?

I tested it. Wasted a perfectly good 300% Research Bonus tile.
