Stardock will be closed for Easter weekend starting on Friday, April 3rd and we will be returning on Tuesday, April 7th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time, but expect delays in responses during this time.
The more info the better System specs, OS, what were you doing when you AltTabbed? Are you alt-tabbing or clicking on a secondary monitor (which is handled differently internally than the alt-tab).
We put alot of work into keeping it stable moving in and out of the game, so this is definatly a bug of convern.

It does take a long while (too long but it doesn't crash) for the game to regenerate its textures. It's one of those trade-offs to cut down on memory use that we have to do a lot of things on the fly. But coming back to a black screen isn't crashed, it just takes time (i.e. 20 seconds for me for instance).
When I do those gameplay examples, I'm often Alt-Tabbing when I do the screenshot.
