Will i enjoy this game.

Hey im new, and im wondering if i should buy this game.
Im a fan of games like Hearts of Iron, and Rome:TW. Masters of Orion 3 was just okay, and im hoping this is better than that.
Ive never played any Galactic Civilization games, and was wondering if it would be worth buying based on my interests.

ill be grateful for any responses

You should take a look at the available demo of GalCiv I, this might tell you more than a thousand fanboy words.
But be aware that GalCiv II will be (even) a lot better than part I from what I've experienced in the beta.

You should take a look at the available demo of GalCiv I


I have not played GalCiv I but by all reports GalCiv II will be far superior. GalCiv II has 3D instead of 2D graphics, a much improved AI, the ability to design custom ships, etc. I have only purchased three games in my life, GalCiv II was the third and based on what I have seen in playing the Beta 5 release, I'm happy with my purchase!
