MP3 Player

Hello, This is my first post EVER so wish me good luck...

Will GalCiv II feature a MP3 player?
As this feature as nothing to do with the actual gameplay, I think it's an important one which really help with the game lifespan.

It would be very nice if it the player will be more sophisticated than in GalCiv I, i don't mean to say that "next" and "previous" is not enough, just that i would like it to be have more functions: Playlist creator... Shuffle option... Visualizations... Internet Radio support... Video support...

Well i'm getting too far but you get the point...

It's far too late to add something remotely like that to the base game.

Of course, it's not rocket science to just diable the in-game music and run winamp in the background...

Who knows, they might add in some MP3 player stuff in a future update. It definitely won't be in the first production release if it wasn't part of the beta test.

Hey Stardock continually update thier games so why not. I would like to see it implemented. When I get new games I listen to the in-game music for a few days then put my own music on

That was one of the features that we put into GC1's bonus pack (a "day of release" free expansion that all customers had access to), and it's on the list of features to put into GC2's bonus pack, so hopefully you'll get your wish
