Version 2.94
I got an Survey event "Sleeper Ship" with Iconians. The first choice "Repair the ship and welcome them to our civilization" gives me a Constructor, not a colony ship with a unit of Iconians in it.
I think this is by design.
Thanks for reporting this. The quest implies it should be a colony ship. I'll bring it up to the community team.
