Map generation

Does anyone know how to generate a gigantic multi sector map with lots off not tiny and small sectors?

When I try and make the map it gives me a lot of tiny sectors that I don't like. I tried changing settings in the StarClusterSizeDefs.xml but that had no effect.

Or any suggestions for map a good gigantic multi sector map?

Hey, so how many sectors do you have in mind?

Approximately 11 Sectors or the maximum amount of sectors on the sector selector bar.

I managed to create a decent map yesterday started new v 2.92 megastructures game.

Galaxy Size is how big the pie is and Sectors is how many slices. The more sectors you have the smaller the slices they will be. The largest sectors will come from singular sector game. 

Gigantic / Several is 9 sectors
Gigantic / Many is 16 sectors 
Large / Many is 12

There is some RNG involved with what size sectors appear.

are just some of the xmls for playing this this. They do effect how the map geneates but if you go out of bounds than it ignores your settings. It takes a ton of tinkering if you want to mod it.
