I don't think the predictive targeting module works on most weapons. When I install the weapon module on ships and latter check the battle log the weapon range does not seem to get extended.
There also seems to be a lot of inaccuracy when it comes to viewing weapon range in different screens when you change the battle doctrine does it update the weapon range on ships when you click on the ships and view them?
