I am using Start Menu 11v2 and love the 'Pin folder menu' feature. This and Fences are the main reasons I am using Stardock.
The 'Pin folder menu' feature gives similar functionality on Windows 11, as the Windows 10 'New toolbar...' feature. I use this to create two custom menus for myself - one for Apps and one for Docs. I use this daily - all the time.
I refused to "upgrade" to Windows 11 because it lacked this feature. But with Stardock, I may now "upgrade" to Windows 11.
Here are screenshots:

On my desktop I also use Stardock Fences to organize my icons into categories. Each Fence is set to 20% opacity, so it is barely discernable. However, when you hover your mouse cursor over any one of them, it becomes visible. If you hold down the Alt key, all the Fences become visible.
