repro: set UI size to medium(qhd), open options on any page with sliders and try to drag;

bug: while dragging the slider the knob does not move, once drag is released the knob is sometimes (i think if the cursor is close enough to the ui element being manipulated) teleported to the new mouse cursor pos. In addition the extreme knob positions are not at the end of the slider;

expected behavior: the knob should move while being dragged, extreme positions should be at the end of the slider gfx.
