Loading bug, PATH variable.

Can't seem to find this in the troubleshooting FAQ.

Hi Folks,
Just downloaded the game on Steam.  Tried to start it, but I get the following ...

I will try to find the %PATH% variable and see if that is the case.  If I manage to fix it, I will report it here.

will not load galciv iv support

Well that was straightforward.  Open the PATH variable settings (https://www.alphr.com/environment-variables-windows-10/ for directions on how).  Edit the PATH and add "C:\Windows\System32".
