I use libraries on an backup drive for pictures and music storage. So when I use the search function built into start 11 and I filter by music or pictures things don't come up. I have confirmed this by putting music in the windows music folder and then searching a song  and then filtering by music the item appears.

Unlike Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and Windows 11, these search filters do not respect library locations, only local picture or music folders, etc. This functionality is less functional than what is already built into windows and this is a paid product. 

The solution is simple: have the search filters filter by libraries as well as the local folders for music and pictures etc.

MY SOLUTION: use start 11 as start menu and use windows search for searching since its more feature complete........
