Description: Stuck turns happening at the top of the turn cycle with the alterian race unable to complete it's turn cycle, requiring you hit escape and then return to game to get it unstuck. It's mid-game and I have all six open policy slots filled but the game allowed me to do another government upgrade vote. The vote was successful but the new government screen was blank. So, I have six policy slots all filled but the game wants me to add another policy even though there are no spare slots to fill, so it's stuck there with the blue "upgrade policy" button instead of the complete turn button and won't allow me to complete the turn.
