Any Mod for Campaigns?

I searched but never find anyone who does modding for campaigns. I want to replay all the campaigns with modded ships and techs.

I saw EXP4CampaignValkrieStaticBlueprint in EXP4_StaticBlueprintDefs.xml at EXP4_Retribution folder and edit a few stats but don't know where to the put file for the new ship to appear in the Retribution related campaigns.
