Title: Opening Saved games Artifacts become inaccessible

Body: The artifacts in the bottom right corner stack in rows of 4 when you are playing.  After saving a game with more than 4 artifacts and then opening a saved game, all the artifacts are placed in one row.  Could be 10 long.  However, the left-hand side of the artifacts becomes inaccessible.  If you use all the artifacts to the right, they become accessible again.  Obtaining new artifacts will start to stack again on top of the long row.
