Howdy All,
Many planets on the current map require Extreme Colonization. Without the Tech Tree, I have no idea how to get there.
Any guidance will be appreciated,

You can get the tech trees here. The structure of the trees hasn't changed. Look at the Colonization branch and stay in the lower part.
