Starbases -After 10 of them or so each time you build up modules game get bug  making the construction of buldings and starbases modules more slow as time go.

I make a test I play an Insane game with many races and I make none starbases.  The game play very fast even at the end of the game.  I start making some startbases and after 10 starbases or so each time i build modules the building of planets improbements get slow and the movement of ships from one fleet to other or to a planet get slow.
