somebody help me

I am clueless on how to do this, I use steam and can't find any folders to place the mods in that I downloaded. Also is the star trek mod able to play with rebellion?

You should be able to find the "Mods" folder under Documents/My Games/GC3Crusade

Without knowing which Trek mod, it's hard to say - the mod download typically has instructions on how to install it.

That said, for Sins: Rebellion:

Unzip the mod to: \Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\Mods-Rebellion v1.85
