Ok, don't know if this is a bug or not or if just a needed feature request. I find myself being blocked by allies and enemies alike when they place cities or outposts across narrow strips of land and I can't move past. Please fix.
I wouldn't expect much help with this. You didn't give a clue as to what game your playing.
