Ok so I am apprx two hundred turns into a sandbox game on Crusade with 35 players on Godlike AI in a Ludicrous Galaxy. The Iconians just gave up in their war against another player and gave me what remains of their shattered empire because I treated them well.
Well Surprise Surprise I see Cities! Now wouldn't they have had to have farms on one of their planets that were conquered at some point? Heck, maybe they delete their own farms after they get their cities built. Why keep them? They actually built adjoining cities and developed around them.
