I just started playing GalCiv 3 and have just started playing the Milky Way scenario that came with the Map Pack DLC. There appear to be zero anomalies in the scenario (I have explored a large area around my starting area and have colonized several planets). Is this by design or is this a bug? I am questioning whether I should continue the scenario since there are no anomalies.
