You guys took away the "Adjust Production Spending" for individual planets?  I cant fine tune each planet now?  Thats a pretty radical change.

And the new change is not compatible with my saved game.  If I set one of the focus radial buttons (e.g. manufacturing, research or income focus) on any planet, the changes are made but then locked in.  I cant change the percents any more when I try to select a different focus, even if I advance the turn.  A new game seems to work fine, but I put hours into this current game now its not playable.

Is there any way to back down to 1.3?

GCIII is a really great game, best turn based space game IMO.  But this change will ruin it for me, taking away the fine tuning aspect.  Unless theres some other way to do that now?  But the wheel seems to be gone completely.  The only wheel left is in the global governing tab.  Am I missing something?
