I have been using Fences for a long time. After upgrading to Windows 10, I found that I nolonger can move shortcuts from one place to another on my desktop. When I try to move a shortcut, all I get is a round circle with a slash.

If he's talking about the right thing, 360 Total Security is a free anti-virus software. I know because I use to use it.Island Dog, are you sure that 360 Security is what's causing problems?
360 Total Security has compatibility problems with Fences.
I use avast free only.
