I haven't figured out a way to change a player's color.   As far as I can tell you can't.  So if two or more people in multiplayer pick the same race they will all have the same color which is confusing.  I tried to search topics on this but I didn't find a lot of information.  Has this already been discussed?

Also what if someone wants to play a particular race but doesn't like the color they are set to?  What if you are playing with color blind friends and need them to stand out, but doing so means you can't pick the race you wanted?

For all these reasons am I'm sure there are more it seems like we really need the ability to control the player color independent of the race.  This doesn't seem like it would be a hard thing to mod or add in, but I suppose the UI needed to select would be the most time consuming.
