Bugs:
Coming back from a wormhole ride, the explored area seems to skip sections. It seems to fix itself after a save/load though.

When you try to scroll with the mouse wheel, lists still only move small amounts, much less than you would expect from that much turning. Grabbing the scroll bar works, but when you let go of the scroll bar, it often acts like you still have hold of it, and you have to click on something in the list to stop the scrolling (often losing your place after you FINALLY found what you were looking for).
Ideology screen still says the various centers give pts per center built, rather than per turn. Descriptions in other places have been corrected.
Survey ships end their turn after surveying an anomaly, even if they have moves left.
Approval and Economic relic colors are switched (for some races? at some zoom levels?).
Mining resources and relic colors seem muted or more blended with the background, making them harder to see. Maybe have them on top of the hexgrid, instead of beneath?
Culture flipped planets' shipyards still sit around after culture flipping.
It's really hard to distinguish between certain combinations of Explored, FoW/nonFoW, ZoC/NonZoC regions
I'd really like to be able to normalize production on all sorts of extreme worlds, not just 2 types. Otherwise, while I'm not in love with the specializations, it's not too bad 
The AI doesn't seem to do much to its planets. A culture flipped planet that had been colonized for some turns didn't even have a basic factory.
I like the influence popup for hexes.
