When a technology is researched there is the pop up and the robot/whatever with a blerb about the tech. Some are humerous, some boring, but all the very early ones are unreadable by me. These techs are the ones like "A glorious History" and "A ruthless history" I can not research them because they are ALWAYS pre-researched. If i use up the tech points creating a new faction/civ/something it is still researched. Is there anyway to fix that? or read the message?
Just right-click on those techs. That will open a details-window with the description and a better overview of what the tech provides (ability bonuses, planetary improvements, starbase modules, and so on).
