Recently bought Gal Civ 2 ultimate edition of steam ( ver2.04 (or something) / april 28/2012)

Questions for vets: do special projects / super projects get duble / tripple / 7x bonuses from special resources ? ( innovation center for terran seems to work )

Did a test with a power plant ( 10% manufacturing bonus ) and though the summary of planet seems to indicate it gives +10 bonus brute production ( additional to the innate 10%) - on a tile with 100% manufacturing bonus , planet total production is higher with a factory ( +6 innate +6 tile bonus ) and the power plant on a normal tile.

With food, manufacturing and research bonus tiles at least, it only multiplies direct output from an improvement, not any percentage improvements.

Morale and influence bonus tiles boost percentage improvements, because that's how morale and influence buildings work.

Ok i got it ! No percentage improvements on bonus tiles for production / research / food ( manufacturing capital / technological capital on tiles with bonuses will NOT get extra bonuses [ even if it looks like they do from planet summary  screen { manufacturing capital on +100% prod bonus tile says it gives 33%  AND 33 fixed production} ] ) same for power plants etc. ( anything with a % bonus for)

 morale / influence work though
