With Stardock ObjectDock, you can import different dock themes to your program to fully customize the way your computer looks. Stardock ObjectDock is a graphical user interface customization application for Windows. With ObjectDock, you can customize your Windows task bar (which contains the Start menu) to look different. This includes themes such as Mac OS-style and Linux-style themes. To install a new dock theme, you must extract it to the correct directory.
-
Download your new dock theme. There are many websites that distribute these, such as WinCustomize.
-
Select the downloaded theme zip file. Press "Ctrl"+"C" to copy it.
-
Open "C:\program files\stardock," double click the program name and then double click the "skins" or "backgrounds" folder (changes depending on ObjectDock version). Press "Ctrl"+"V" to paste the zip file.
-
Right click the archive and click "Extract." This extracts the dock theme. Next time you open the program, you can switch to this theme.
