Hello all,
I seem to have a similar problem to folks trying to register their games and such. I have three PCs at home and a laptop. I purchased 2 copies of Sins from Best Buy and bought a third recently at Target. Lately, I have installed the second copy I purchased from Best Buy and also the recently purchased copy from Target.
The problem is, Impulse will NOT let me register\update the two recently installed copies.
I have a feeling this is due to the fact my primary copy is registered to my @c-a-m.com address and I was trying to register them to the same address. I then tried my two gmail addresses, these attempts also failed, something about a registration error???
Does each copy of Sins need a separate email address and Impulse account in order to register and update?
I'm usually a patient person, and I worked 9 years in helpdesk/customer support and a 4 day delay (to this point) in answering a call for help would have had me in the bread line.
I would like to play this game ONLINE with both of my sons, one of which is in a different location than myself. But since I can't update the game much register it, I'm making a formal plea for help.
I called Stardock today only to find out they only have online and or email support and unfortunately, no chat support.
What does one have to do to elicit a response from support at stardock?
I don't mind giving my registration keys to support in order to get help, and I can even make copies of the barcodes from the game boxes, if they need to verify ownership.
What say you, support?
