FYI - Same here when trying to register Elemental War of Magic. Can't play the game 'cause I need the update. Can't get the update unless I register it.
Edited to add - Found on another thread to email support@stardock.com with your serial number and the email address you use with your Impulse account. It's frustrating but they seem happy and keen to help.
