I have a regular copy of GalCiv II: Dread Lords, but my game isn't updated and for whatever reason Impulse doesn't like my registry key. I've seen stuff about Gold Edition and Ultimate Edition and various bugs between different variations between them, so I'd like to ask everyone this:

At the very least, I just want to update my game so that I may play this wondrous game without it crashing. Should I just purchase a new key, or should I purchase Gold Edition, or should I purchase Ultimate Edition?
