Currently having problems downloading elemental beta 4.  Didn't have any problems with downloading previous updates or other games through impulse, and a speed test online showed no current problems with speed.  I just downloaded fences and "making history gold demo" through impulse, with the first finishing near instantly and the second downloaded a 100 megabytes in the same amount of time a 100 kilobytes finishes on the elemental beta 4 update.

I'm not running any anti-virus or firewall products besides windows firewall, which has impulse fully allowed, and all other programs like steam are closed.  I've downloaded 9% of the 112 megabyte update over the past hour.

Update: Finished after several hours, not sure why it never exceeded 10 kb/sec but hopefully it was a one time error.
